Can't speak for the other guys. But you're about half-right. Most importantly she must have her own opinions on things, and hopefully she'll agree with you on one or two topics.
But if you mean like her as a girlfriend then it's rather different altogether...and liking her as a wife must have many many other criteria attached as well.
