uh. hi all. like most of yu will prob not noe me. but nvm. and anyway, im onli in here cos im sick of continuous emails asking me if i wld like to join some bloody blog. so there. ahahaha. i feel antagonistic today yes?

and anyway, bao, yu noe yur good. and yu noe yur prob. so work on yur prob and it shld be better. try and find a reason why yu dun push for an all out at the end. mite be the bodys response to a past injury during some point of the run. come on babe. yu got into walaa rite? not bad rite? :)
