i'm not at cap.

rally round the flag, all ye non-cappers! gee.. guess we're kind of outnumbered, eh? i get the impression nearly everyone here's a capper. been capitated. does that make me decapitated, no, uncapitated then?

sigh. i shall start a new, exclusive clique. hurdlers unite! or.. the society of bird-feeders! which is what i am. huh. serving-maid more like. i change the sheets too. free refills of fruit and mealworms, anyone? ahh yes. the joys of volunteering at a bird rescue and rehabilitation station. i don't suppose i'm really doing much to proselytize you to my cause.
how come volunteering isn't really a big thing in singapore? is it that we have so little free time that we can't be bothered to waste it on our community? or is it just that it's not particularly accessible and not much heard about except for the rare few who take the initiative and get into the papers for their community-minded selflessness?
