Yourself?

if two people agree about everything, one must be redundant.
i forget who said that, but it certainly makes sense enough.

read a story (probably some chicken soup thing) about this young gun who got all fired up about a drunk on the subway who was harassing people, and wanted to use some form of martial arts to subdue him, but then this old guy in the corner started chatting to the drunk and managed to calm him down with friendly chatter so that the young guy felt ashamed for wanting to beat the drunk up.
wondered if i would do either. or just sit. or..?

was just thinking about fireflies. who when exposed to strong fumes of chilli garlic sauce, refuse to light any more or if they do fly higher and higher out of reach. they seem to be able to control their light signals. wondered if this relates in any way to the above paragraph.
oh well.
